This is a cooperative organization of a division established under Article 32 of the Civil Act (the establishment and approval of non-profit corporations) and Article 489 of the Tourism Promotion Act (the establishment of regional tourism councils) 4 and 3 for the purpose of revitalizing and developing the local tourism industry.
